Richard has over 35 years of Pastoral Leadership experience in church ministry as well as many years mentoring pastors and supporting churches in their discipleship endeavours.

The Christian life is a journey of learning, unlearning, surrender, and growth. This blog exists to support that journey by pointing people to Scripture, encouraging obedience, and reminding Christians that maturity in Christ is both a calling and a process.
